This page states the Terms and Conditions under which you may use e-electricity and associated services. Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, do not use this web site and/or service. By using this web site and/or service, we believe that you have fully read and understood the agreement and you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Once you accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you agree that at any time and in our sole discretion, we may effectively modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement by posting the modified Agreement with its new terms and conditions on the e-electricity website. All modified terms and conditions shall take effect immediately after posting to the e-electricity website. You agree and consent to any and all modified terms and conditions hereunder. This Agreement may not be modified, amended, and/or changed by you in any manner. Furthermore, you agree that we may modify this Agreement or discontinue our website at any time and without notice and without any liability or responsibility to you. This agreement is effective on March 1, 2017 for all users.


As between you and others, your account belongs to you. You agree to:

- try to choose a strong and secure password

- keep your password secure and confidential

You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report a misuse.

 Login and Password:

Access to e-electricity.com and use of the service, is through a combination of an e-mail address and password. You agree that such access will not be shared with others.

You may not access the service using the login or password of any other party.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login and password.

Users shall be responsible for all uses of their login, whether or not they are authorized.

Users agree to immediately notify e-electricity of any unauthorized use of their login or password.  

Notices and Service Messages

You agree that we may provide notices to you in the following ways:

  • an email sent to an address you provided
  • Through other means including mobile number, telephone, or mail. You agree to keep your contact information up to date.

Other Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge and agree that we have the sole discretion to set forth and post additional terms and conditions for your use of the website and mobile application at various places throughout the website and mobile application. You agree that those additional terms and conditions shall be considered an effective amendment to this Agreement and said terms and conditions shall be incorporated herein. Furthermore, you expressly agree that if there is any conflict between those additional terms and conditions and the specific terms and conditions set forth herein, the terms and conditions set forth herein shall govern.

There are currently no fees to join e-electricity as a user. e-electricity is totally a free platform.


Should you have a dispute with one or more e-electricity users, you release ‘’Electricity Smart Gate’’, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of any kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Right to Reject or Remove Members

We reserve the absolute right to reject your participation, or remove you from your current participation, in the e-electricity site at any time and for any reason or for no reason and without notice to you.

An event that may result in the rejection or removal of your participation can be included but is not limited to:

  • Any circumvention of the e-electricity platform by you or by others at your direction;
  • Any attempt by you to improperly influence, or cause another to, improperly influence the feedback of members;
  • Any attempt by you to harass, or cause another to harass, or commit inappropriate communications with a member and/or a failure to deliver the promised services on time
  • Any attempt by you to harass, or cause another to harass, or commit inappropriate communications with one of employees, agents, or partners.

Idea Submission

We always want to receive messages and feedback from e-electricity members and welcome any comments regarding the e-electricity Platform.

 Dispute Resolution

 Disputes between you and e-electricity regarding our services should be reported to e-electricity Member Support. We will attempt to resolve any disputes you have with us. Because we are a neutral venue, we are not responsible for resolving any disputes between you and members regarding services.


e-electricity uses industry standard practices to safeguard your personal information, including firewalls and Secure Socket Layers. We utilize several different security techniques to protect data from unauthorized access.
